Wilson, NCAA Create Ultimate Assist To Fight Cancer
This year when NCAA March Madness captures the attention of millions, Wilson and the NCAA will make it easy for basketball fans to act with their hearts. The “Ultimate Assist” program was developed by Wilson, the Official Basketball of the NCAA, to make it easy for college hoop fans on Facebook to join in the fight against cancer.
With the Ultimate Assist, fans can pass a virtual Wilson NCAA Basketball to other Facebook friends. For every pass, Wilson will donate 10 cents to Coaches vs. Cancerâ, benefiting the American Cancer Societyâ. The user who makes the most passes will receive $1,000 in Wilson Sporting Goods equipment. The passing begins March 8th and runs through the Division I Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship games. The goal is to reach 500,000 virtual passes. To pass the ball, go to http://apps.facebook.com/WilsonUltimateAssist.
