Featured play: 5-wide breakdown
1 has the ball at the top. 5 and 4 set up wide behind the 3-point line in each corner, while 2 and 3 line up wide behind the 3-point line at the free-throw line extended on each side of the floor. 1 passes to 2, then breaks hard down to the middle of the lane and sets a screen for 3, who reads the defense and cuts either over or under the screen and sets up on the strong-side low block area. After setting the screen down low, 1 pops back out to the top of the key.
2 passes to 1, who quickly swings the ball to 5. 3 sets a back pick for 2, who uses 3's screen and cuts to the basket and into the corner on 5's side of the floor. 3 replaces 2 wide. 5 can shoot, hit 2 in the corner for a 3-pointer or run continuity.
