Basketball Play of the Week
Out of a modified stack set, 4 and 5 screen down for 2 and 3. 1 passes to 3. After making the pass, 1 downscreens for 2, who comes off the staggered screens by 4 and 1. If 2 has a clean look, he or she takes the shot.
If no shot is taken by 2, then 1 should pop back out. 3 passes to 2, who reverses the ball to 1. 4 and 5 remain in post-up position on each block.
As the ball is in the air on the pass from 2 to 1, 5 steps up and of the lane to set a backscreen on 3's defender. 4 also backscreens for 3 to help isolate 3 on the ball-side low block. 1 enters the ball in to 3 who's coming off 4's screens. 3 works for the shot on a post-up isolation move.
