U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan is pushing a proposal to bar men’s basketball teams from postseason tournaments if the team fails to graduate 40 perecent of players. If that were the case this year, 12 teams would not have been allowed to compete in the NCAA Tournament. Coaches voices their opinions.
